The 11-14 year olds at Avenue meet every Sunday morning (except the first Sunday of the month) as part of the morning service. The 15-18 year olds meet on the second and fourth Sunday mornings.

In addition we do a wide range of other activities with a Friday youth group and Sunday evening housegroup each meeting twice a month.

There are regular social events, including sailing trips to Norfolk. The last one was last Easter and there were 30 people there for a week of sailing, canoing, music and good food.

Other trips included a day at Brighton to celebrate the end of the summer term, and to Soul Survivor over the summer holidays.

Since the summer, the 11-14s have been away for the weekend at Fort Rocky, which was organised by Youth for Christ and included a high rope course with a 'leap of faith'
